Rain Barrel Workshop


The Springfield EAC and the CCWA are sponsoring a rain barrel workshop on Saturday September 17 from 9 till noon.   Springfield Township Municipal Building, Township Rd, Pleasant Valley.

There is a $35 charge to make your own rain barrel.  No charge to come, watch and learn!

Springfield Twp. Tire Recycling Day

Bring your old tires for recycling and help the Springfield EAC at the same time.  Saturday October 1 from 9 to 2pm at the Springfield Township Municipal Building on Township Rd, Pleasant Valley. $2 per car tire, without rims.  Extra charge for larger tires and rim removal.

CCWA Annual Fall Fellowship Pot Luck Dinner

Join us for the Fall Fellowship Potluck Dinner.  Bring a hot dish, salad or desert to share. CCWA provides utensils and drinks.

Special guest appearance by Kirk Brown, professional impersonator of the 18th century botanist John Bartram.

Social hour starts at 5 PM, dinner at 6 PM and Guest Speaker at 7:30 (or thereabouts).
